The “Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt 4.0” course describes a new Continuous Improvement methodology arising from the combination of Lean Six Sigma, a qualitative-quantitative problem-solving approach universally used for optimising industrial processes, with the new digital technologies characteristic of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
The course is the result of an Industry 4.0 revision of the traditional DMAIC cycle, exponentially enhancing the effectiveness of each phase through the application of innovative digital tools characteristic of the Industry 4.0 paradigm.

The course awards enrolled participants the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
