Member type: Founding Member The Università degli Studi di Sassari was created to listen to and meet companies’ innovation needs through guidance, training and support activities for the development of innovation projects, industrial research and experimental development within Industry 4.0. In its role as a “Macro-node” of ARTES 4.0, it carries out guidance, training and innovation activities for companies on topics concerning the impact of robotics, cobotics, augmented and virtual reality, machine learning, and haptic technology within organizational/management and innovation processes of companies, paying particular attention to analyzing the impacts that these technologies can produce on the management of their market relationships (B2B, B2C, B2B2C) and, more specifically, on the customer experience.
