Knowledge and use of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and other Lean tools, enhanced by new HW/SW technologies, aimed at optimising industrial processes through the digitalisation
of the entire value chain, enables the Company to:
- Maximise the value perceived by customers through the digitalisation of industrial processes, reducing the incidence of non-value-added activities, minimising lead times and increasing the quality perceived by customers, both internal and external.
- Improve efficiency and reduce waste through the processing of the information assets present within the various production and transactional processes.
- Digitalise their processes by benchmarking against real business cases, assessing the implementation of enabling technologies across different application sectors, and highlighting the benefits achievable.
