The course is designed to guide entrepreneurs, managers and professionals through a structured programme to develop the ability to innovate consciously and strategically. Through six complementary modules, participants will acquire concrete tools to assess their organisation's innovation potential, outline new strategies, redesign the business model, validate their ideas in the market and build a business case effective business case. The course combines theory, real case analysis and practical exercises, fostering the development of essential skills to operate in business contexts oriented towards innovation and sustainable digital transformation (Industry 4.0 and 5.0). By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Assess the degree of innovation maturity of their own company, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Define an innovation strategy based on concrete drivers, aligned with business objectives and measurable in its results.
- Redesign the business model through a business design approach, with a focus on sustainability, value and competitiveness.
- Validate new value propositions in the market using structured methodologies and continuous feedback cycles.
- Identify the distinctive factors of competitiveness and develop levers to strengthen the company's position relative to competitors.
- Draft a concrete operational plan in the form of a business case to support investment decisions in innovation projects.
The total duration of the course is 24 hours, divided into 6 days of 4 hours each.
