Cybersecurity for Businesses

Innovation Management and Business Modelling – Between Industry 4.0 and 5.0

The course is designed to guide entrepreneurs, managers and professionals through a structured programme to develop the ability to innovate consciously and strategically. Through six complementary modules, participants will acquire concrete tools to assess their organisation's innovation potential, outline new strategies, redesign the business model, validate their ideas in the market and build a business case effective business case. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt 4.0

The “Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt 4.0” course describes a new Continuous Improvement methodology arising from the combination of Lean Six Sigma, a qualitative-quantitative problem-solving approach universally used for optimising industrial processes, with the new digital technologies characteristic of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The course is the result of an Industry 4.0 revision of the traditional DMAIC cycle, exponentially enhancing the effectiveness of each phase through the application of innovative digital tools characteristic of the Industry 4.0 paradigm. The course awards enrolled participants the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
